Our Action Against Police advisory service is now available to those who need guidance and advice in relation to matters concerning the police.

 

For just a £25 one time fee we will provide you with detailed one-to-one telephone advise.

 

 

We can provide valuable advice, guidance and assistance on all matters involving the police such as:

Terms and Conditions of Service

If you wish to purchase our telephone advisory service Action Against Police, then please read these terms and conditions carefully. They set out how we provide assistance and what you can expect from the service.

 

1. Purchasing this service

1 Payment for this service must be made in advance of any work or appraisals being undertaken by us. We are always willing to answer e-mails in relation to our Ebooks and services, but we will not make detailed assessments or accept any documentation until payment has been completed.

1.1 The £25 fee we charge for this service is for a full appraisal and advice by telephone only. It is a one off flat fee and you will not be expected to pay more. We will not provide on-going advice after the call except in relation to follow-up questions regarding our telephone discussion. However we may follow up the phone call with an e-mail outlining details, further resources or information that could assist you.

1.2 We currently process all of our payments through Paypal. Paypal will accept most debit and credit cards and you do not need a registered account. We do not accept cheques or cash.

1.3 Once payment has been completed successfully, you will automatically receive notification on your screen and be redirected to our third party Eproduct supplier. We currently use Ejunkie as our provider. Our product host will display a contact phone number and e-mail address for all communication relating to Action Against Police. Your download will be a copy of these terms and conditions.

 

2. Service conditions

2. Your advice will be given by Rob Warner (the owner of this website) or a legal practitioner acting on his instruction.

2.1 As a first step, you will be invited to e-mail us any information that you think we should see in relation to your problem. Please do not send any more than 2 documents in relation to this matter. Otherwise you are welcome to call us on the number provided and begin discussing your matter right away. If you would prefer that we call you then please text us a contact phone number or e-mail it to us. If we are unavailable to take your call at that time we will contact you and arrange a time and day that would be suitable for you.

2.2 After we have read or discussed the facts regarding your problem, we will discuss in depth all the various remedies and options we believe could help you. This conversations may last anywhere up to 1 hour. Please note, that we offer this advice on an informal basis only. It is entirely at your discretion if you choose to act upon our advise. We cannot be held liable for the outcome of any action that you take.

2.3 Should we be unable to advise you directly during our discussion or need to make a more detailed analysis of any of the matters involved then we will contact you again by phone or e-mail you. This may take anywhere between 1 – 5 days depending upon the complexity of the issues. Where applicable we will provide you with links to further information and resources to help resolve your problem.

2.4 Should you have any follow up questions regarding our discussion then feel free to contact us. We will do our best to respond in a detailed and timely manner.

 

3. Subsequent work

3. If any further work is needed to be undertaken such as writing letters of claim, complaint letters, or giving advice on a separate aspect, then you will be invited to purchase this service again.

3.1 You will never be billed for any extra work, nor will any work that falls outside of our initial service be undertaken without your prior approval.

 

4. Cancelling your order and complaints

4. You have the right to cancel your instructions under Consumer Contracts Regulations for up to 14 days after you have placed your order provided the advice has not yet taken place.  However your order cannot be cancelled once the advice has been provided.

4.1 Should you have any complaints regarding this service then please contact us here. We will always do our utmost to rectify any problems that may arise.

5. Privacy

5. All information that you share with us will be handled with the strictest of confidence. We do not and never will share your information with any outside agencies of any kind.

5.1 We are not bound by any regulation authority or legal ombudsman. Our website is not sponsored or controlled by any third party. We are totally independent and any information that we receive will be retained within a secure encrypted hard drive, which shall be closed off after our consultation is complete. We will not access your records again unless you request us to do so.

6. Quality of service

6.  Note that Rob Warner is not a solicitor and does not provide advice as such. We do not offer advice on on-going criminal case matters nor undertake any litigation work of any kind. Nor will we represent you in court.

6.1. We will provide advice and legal services to you with reasonable skill and care and will always do our utmost to ensure our information is accurate and practical, always operating within the confines of the law.

6.2. Our responsibility shall only extend to the advice and services we provide on matters upon which you have instructed us. We rely upon you for the accuracy of the information and/or documentation you provide. We will not be held liable for any losses caused wholly or in part by the provision by you of false, misleading or incomplete information or documentation or due to the acts or omissions or arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

6.3. Nothing in this section of these terms shall impose on us any liability of any kind or for any amount which we would not have but for this section. Nothing in this section shall have the effect of restricting our liability in respect of any kind of loss, damage or liability which cannot or must not be excluded or limited under English law.
